Account Creation & User Security
To fully use zge20’s services, you must register an account with accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted only one registered account. Duplicate accounts may result in suspension or closure without prior notice.
You are fully responsible for keeping your account password confidential. zge20 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized use of your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please contact our support team immediately.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules
Zge20 users are responsible for ensuring all activities on this platform comply with the laws and regulations applicable in Malaysia. Use of the platform for illegal purposes, fraud, money laundering, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.
Users are prohibited from:
- Using automated software, bots, or tools that may disrupt platform operations.
- Engaging in any actions that compromise the security or integrity of the system.
- Sharing account information or allowing others to use your account.

Payments, Deposits & Transactions
All financial transactions on zge20 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through provided payment methods including online banking, FPX, and approved e-wallets.
- Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are subject to the current policy stated in the user account.
- Withdrawals are only permitted to bank accounts registered under the same user name.
- Transaction processing times depend on the chosen payment method and may take up to three business days.
- Zge20 reserves the right to suspend or cancel transactions suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity.
- Any transaction fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user.
Users agree that all confirmed transactions are final and cannot be reversed unless specifically approved by the zge20 finance team.
Account Policies, Liability Limits & Intellectual Property
Account Suspension & Closure
Zge20 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if there is evidence of terms violation, fraud, or activities that compromise platform security. Users whose accounts are closed due to violations may forfeit any remaining balance.
Liability Limit
Zge20 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use or inability to use this platform. The platform is provided "as is" without any warranties.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software on zge20 are exclusive property of zge20 and protected under Malaysian intellectual property law. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, or using any content without written permission from management.
